We understand that transitioning your small business to working remotely is challenging and sometimes all you want is someone to help you through it. We’ll help you save time and energy and get you started and on your way to remote work success! 

Here’s how to get started: 

  1. Schedule a 30-minute consultation call with us.  We’ll get back to you within 2 business days.  
  2. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your needs and how we can help.  
  3. You’ll receive a quote for what we can offer, pricing, and then we’ll schedule consultation meetings.

  • Advice on procurement and how to select the best vendors 
  • Develop remote work policies

Pay as you go

$150/hour + HST (13%)

Good for businesses on smaller budgets or those who just need 1-3 hours of consultation

5 Hours

$500 for 5 hours over 1 month + HST (13%)

8 Hours

$800 for 8 hours over 1 month + HST (13%)

12 Hours

$1000 for 12 hours over 1 month + HST (13%)

Good for businesses who are looking for blocks of consultation time and know that they need more than 3 hours or are looking for more hands-on support.

Consultations include:

Your consultation will always include a strategy of how to implement remote work. With more time, implementation assistance can include a combination of any of the following:

  • Helping you draft policies and procedures related to remote work 
  • Hosting staff conversations to understand and address their needs 
  • Conducting training webinars 
  • Conducting feasibility studies to better understand positions and procedures 
  • Helping you think through procurement decisions on which vendors to work with

Frequently asked questions

How are consultations delivered?
We use teleconference to conduct the consultations so all you need is a computer or a phone! We’ll typically email you details and confirmations.   

How long are consultations?
That’s totally up to you! You might want all 1-3 hours done in one sitting or you may want weekly sessions of 1-2 hours.  

Why do all packages have a 1-month timeline?
We really believe in prioritizing the transition of remote work during this time of unprecedented change. We also know that for many small businesses, every day that you’re not up and running remotely can be a day of lost revenue. So part of putting in a one month timeline is to put a deadline to keep us all accountable on your progress. If you do need an extension though, we’re happy to help you set a longer timeline.   

When do consultations take place?
We work 8am-5pm EST but if you can’t speak during those hours we are also happy to speak outside of standard work hours.  

What about large businesses? How small is small?
We work with small businesses because we recognize that large businesses have the resources to go remote. We also know what it’s like to run a small business so we wanted to help other small businesses.  

What if we need more than the plans listed?
You can always add more time on. 

How do we pay?
During times of physical distancing, unfortunately we only accept electronic forms of payment. We can accept all major credit cards or charge cards, e-transfers, and wires. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques or cash.  

Payment terms?
Your 30-minute consultation is always free. When we provide you with your quote, you will sign it to confirm your acceptance of terms and pay the attached invoice for the deposit ($150 + HST which is equivalent to one hour of work). Then you are invoiced monthly or at the completion of your plan, whichever comes first.  

Do you issue refunds?
We only issue refunds if we determine that we cannot work together and we’ve already accepted payment. (We really try to avoid this!).
