    2. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your needs and how we can help.

    3. You’ll receive a quote for what we can offer, pricing, and then we’ll schedule consultation meetings.


Your consultation will always include a strategy of how to implement remote work. With more time, implementation assistance can include a combination of any of the following:

  • Helping you draft policies and procedures related to remote work

  • Hosting staff conversations to understand and address their needs

  • Conducting training webinars

  • Conducting feasibility studies to better understand positions and procedures

Frequently asked questions

How are consultations delivered?

Consultations are conducted via teleconference so all you need is a computer or a phone! Details and confirmations will be emailed to you.  

How long are consultations?

Length of each session is up to you! You might want all 1-3 hours done in one sitting or you may want weekly sessions of 1-2 hours. 

Why do all packages have a 1-month timeline?

Having a one month timeline is to put a deadline to keep us all accountable on your progress. If you do need an extension though, we’re happy to help you set a longer timeline.  

When do consultations take place?

We are available 8am-5pm EST but we are happy to arrange a time outside of typical work hours if another time is more convenient for you.

What about large businesses? How small is small?

We work with small businesses because we recognize that large businesses have the resources to go remote. As a small organization, we also know what it’s like to run a small business and have the experience to help other small businesses.  

What if we end up needing more time?

Another plan can be added or you can pay our hourly rate of $150 per hour.

Payment terms?

Your 30-minute consultation is always free. When we provide you with your quote, you will sign it to confirm your acceptance of terms and pay the attached invoice for the deposit ($150 + HST). Then you are invoiced monthly or at the completion of your plan, whichever comes first.  

Do you issue refunds?

We only issue refunds if we determine that we cannot work together and we’ve already accepted payment. However, we really try to avoid this by determining your needs during the free consultation.
