Executive Director

Dorinda leads the pointA team, bringing a strong background of policy, research, and strategy to complement pointA’s transportation demand management programs and work in sustainable transportation.

She holds a MA in Socio-Legal Studies degree from York University and a BBA (Management and Political Science) from the University of Toronto, and is a registered Project Management Professional.

Donald Weidman

Senior Marketing Director

Donald leads pointA’s programs team with a passionate, attention to detail approach, twenty-year track record in not for profit social marketing, and realtime experience changing transportation behaviours in Toronto, the GTHA and the Niagara Peninsula. 

His efforts, including GO-by-Bike to Ajax, and, won him the 2011 City of Toronto ‘Best Overall’ Bicycle Friendly Business Award and a seat on the City’s Cycling Advisory Committee.

Koda MacLellan

Program Manager

As a Program Manager, Koda will use his knowledge of climate change focused analytic techniques, and sustainable practices, to cater personalized transportation solutions for clients and commuters.

With a Master of Environmental Science from the University of Toronto and background in communications, client relations, and business development, he provides valuable experience and up-to-date climate knowledge to the pointA team.

Amanda Nasturzio

Program Manager

As a Program Manager, Amanda brings a background in research, design and strategy to help elevate pointA’s sustainable transportation initiatives and innovations. 

She holds an MA in Interdisciplinary Design Strategies from IADT (Dun Laoghaire, Ireland) and a BDes in Environmental Design from OCAD University. Her training and education in strategy and research has helped her build a unique toolkit of methodologies helpful for tackling societal challenges like sustainable transportation.  

Jesse Han

Program Manager

Jesse is a Program Manager for PointA who works with current clients in the Smart Commute and Shuttle programs. He is a graduate from the University of Toronto in Environmental Studies with a double minor in Geographic Information Sciences (GIS) and International Development Studies (IDS). With his knowledge in climate change and transportation demand management (TDM) and passion for cycling, Jesse is excited to help provide people with sustainable transportation options.



Peya Mynoddin

Communications & Programs Coordinator

Peya is a member of pointA’s marketing and communications team. She helps develop content for the organization’s social media channels, blog, and website. 

Additionally, she assists with creating campaigns and marketing materials for collaboration with external partners. 

Peya is a graduate of Western University and has an Honors Specialization in Political Science and Minor in Women’s Studies. She is passionate about promoting sustainability in unique and meaningful ways.


Kelly Bray

Office Manager

Kelly oversees pointA’s operations and spearheaded the organization’s move to remote work. 

She is a cycling expert, former bicycle mechanic, and certified CAN-BIKE instructor who has spent over ten years in sustainable transportation.

Kelly holds a Master of Environmental Studies from York University and a Bachelor of Humanities from Carleton University.
