Dorinda So

Executive Director

Dorinda leads the pointA team, bringing a strong background of policy, research, and strategy to complement pointA’s transportation demand management programs and work in sustainable transportation.

She holds a MA in Socio-Legal Studies degree from York University and a BBA (Management and Political Science) from the University of Toronto, and is a registered Project Management Professional.

Her leadership experience spans from non-profit organizations to corporations and various levels of government in project management to executive roles that drive innovation, business growth, and customer retention.

Donald Wiedman

Senior Program Manager

Donald leads pointA’s programs team with a passionate, attention to detail approach, twenty-year track record in not for profit social marketing, and realtime experience changing transportation behaviours in Toronto, the GTHA and the Niagara Peninsula. His efforts, including GO-by-Bike to Ajax, and, won him the 2011 City of Toronto ‘Best Overall’ Bicycle Friendly Business Award and a seat on the City’s Cycling Advisory Committee. 

Julia Hamill

Program Manager

As program manager, Julia supports all of pointA’s programs and campaigns with customized transportation solutions for clients and commuters. With a MA in Geography from Brock University and a BA&Sc in Cognitive Science from McGill University, she brings over five years of experience working in research, cycling advocacy, and project development to the pointA team.  

Koda MacLellan

Program Manager

As a Program Manager, Koda will use his knowledge of climate change focused analytic techniques, and sustainable practices, to cater personalized transportation solutions for clients and commuters. With a Master of Environmental Science from the University of Toronto and background in communications, client relations, and business development, he provides valuable experience and up-to-date climate knowledge to the pointA team.

Peya Mynoddin

Communications & Programs Coordinator

Peya is a member of pointA’s marketing and communications team. She helps develop content for the organization’s social media channels, blog, and website. Additionally, she assists with creating campaigns and marketing materials for collaboration with external partners. Peya is a graduate of Western University and has an Honors Specialization in Political Science and Minor in Women’s Studies. She is passionate about promoting sustainability in unique and meaningful ways.

Sivan Alshek

Office Manager

Sivan worked for 15 years in hospitality management before transitioning into the NGO sector. She is passionate about sustainable city planning and is currently studying accounting.

Kelly Bray

Office Manager (Currently on leave)

Kelly Bray was formerly the executive director of Bikechain and currently oversees all pointA operations. She spearheaded the organization’s move to remote work, which included setting up digital accounting procedures, migrating the organization’s files to SharePoint Online, and more. Kelly is on leave until September 2022.
