Celebrating 20 Years of Sustainable Commuting

It’s hard to believe that we are celebrating our 20th anniversary of being an incorporated non-profit organization! We started in 2001 as a grassroots organization in the Black Creek area with the goal of reducing congestion and this mission remains true two decades later, even with all of the changes in technology, policies, governments, how we commute (and even our organization name!).

Looking to start cycling with your little one? Parents are showing more interest in cycling with their kids at an early age and bike carrier companies have responded with many options to choose from. Carriers are great for kids who aren’t old enough to bike on their own (12 months to 3 years) or for kids who are still learning to bike longer distances (3+ years).
